The YouTube channel of the CPO Piemonte, ready to contribute to the public debate in the epidemiological field, has been activated with the Easter greetings of Benedetto Terracini.
During his speech, Terracini, directly addressing all the staff of the PCO, traces the origins of the Center and talks about the evolution of epidemiology, touching on some topics of particular relevance, such as equity and social justice, the importance of prevention and the role played by epidemiologists in overcoming health emergencies such as the one we are currently experiencing.
Finally, Terracini expresses the encouragement to protect the epidemiological method, the right to health, the defence of the National Health Service.
