Next 17 April, at the San Luigi Hospital of Orbassano, a meeting about the study of the Oncology Network of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta and the CPO Piemonte "Active surveillance or radical diagnosis treatment for prostate cancer low risk (START)" will take place.
Through the START study it is necessary to carry out a comparative evaluation on efficacy, safety and quality of life related to the different treatments, currently available for prostate cancer localized at low risk of progression, based on the therapeutic choices of patients.
