We note the publication of a call for applications for a post-doc position at the University of Turin - Department of Medical Sciences, Epidemiology of Tumors Unit.
The initiative is conducted as part of the European study ATHLETE which includes many cohorts of new born in Europe with information on the exposure and data on outcomes of interest.
The project will focus on the socio-economic position and the degree of urbanization as drivers, dealing in particular with: the analysis of multiple outcomes, the adjustment for confounding, the adjustment for multiple comparisons, the analysis of the ; exposome as mediator of the health effects of drivers, of the analysis of drivers as modifiers of the effect of the exposure, through the use of both empirical and simulated data.
