Fish and probiotic dairy products in pregnancy

Pregnant women who eat fish for dinner or on a sandwich several times a week have a lower risk of having children with a low birth weight (less than 2 500g), according to one of two new studies from the Norwegian Mother and Child Cohort Study (MoBa). The other new study from MoBa relates probiotic milk products to a lower incidence of pre-eclampsia.
